TASC Summer BBQ 2024

Tickets @ £3.50 per person 

(To include a hot dog or burger/veggie and ice cream) 🍔🍦

Your ticket price will include a hot dog or burger and an ice cream. Please ensure you select a ticket for each person attending, advising their food choices (along with any specific dietary requirements).  You can also purchase additional items @ £1.00 per item.

Please see below for itinerary (timings are all approximate as the day is run by volunteers):

10:00am committee and any volunteers arrive to help set up and lay out trophies.

11:30am Families Arrive

12:00noon Bar Open (cash & card accepted)

BBQ will be a running BBQ (Collect tickets and food when available)

12:30pm Approx - Trophy Presentation

•Alligators & Crocs

•Bronze Squad

•Silver Squad

•Gold Squad

14:00pm Team Game of rounders (all adults and children) very competitive!!

Followed by water fun games - bring your water shooters if you dare 😆

(Weather permitting)

16:00pm Finish and pack up

Please note this is an informal and social afternoon and a non profit making event.  The purpose of this event is to say thank you to all of our swimmers and their families for all their hard work throughout the year and a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get together socially.

This event will take place regardless of the weather as we have the hall and bar hired (for you to purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks) for the entire afternoon.

We are also providing inflatable fun and is funded by the club for your children’s enjoyment. (Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure they are sensibly using this facility).

For families who have not attended previously, whilst there is a BBQ please feel free to bring along additional picnic items, see suggested items you may wish to bring along (weather permitting)

• Picnic blanket

• Chairs

• Family picnic/nibbles

• Swim wear/towel/change of clothing (for field water fun)

• Sun cream/Hats

*Additional BBQ items will also be available to purchase on the day.
