Dear Club Secretaries,

The Centenary Service is fast approaching – Saturday 27th January, to be held at the Trinity Church, Trowbridge, commencing at 11.00am.   Parking has been arranged at two nearby schools, and maps will be sent shortly, or on request to Phyllis Nicholls.

We hope your club will help celebrate this unique service, 100 years to the day of the formation of our Association.     The A.S.A., S.W. Region and County Presidents will be attending but the service is one of thanksgiving and celebration by all of us as members of the Wilts. County Amateur Swimming Association.

It is intended to commence the service with a short procession of one or two representative swimmers from each club with banners and/or in tracksuits (if they wish).

It would be most helpful if your club could advise Phyllis Nicholls as soon as possible of club members and officials attending so that seating and catering arrangements can be finalised.   It would be helpful to advise also if your club cannot be represented.
