As a courtesy to swimmers and to comply with some leisure centre 's policies TASC swimmers and spectators attending gala's and practice are asked not to use mobile phones in the changing areas nor on poolside.

Phones should be switched off before entering these areas. Where critical calls are anticipated phones should be set to silent and then only answered outside the restricted areas.
