To obtain a copy of of the Club Championships 2006 entry form by download

 

1. Right Click on the link above.

2. Left click on "Save Target As"

3 . Select location and name for file

4. Left Click on "Save"

5. Open Downloaded file in Word

6. Print File

 

Please note time trials will only be available to those swimmers who have joined the club subsequent to 13th September 2006 and who entered by Sunday 1st October

Time trials are for times only and swimmers will not qualify for medals.
