| Club Championships Trophies and Cups |
Individual medals are awarded on the nights of the Club Championships,
to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each age group of each event. In addition,
those who achieve 1st place are presented with a Club Championship
Cup, personally inscribed, at the Club Championship presentation
ceremony. |
| The Neil Hodgson Memorial Cup and Shield |
These are special awards presented to the boy and girl who break
the most Club Records during the annual Club Championships. In the
event of the same number of championship records being broken by
two or more swimmers in each category, the Club President shall
decide the swimmer to be presented, based on the type of record,
and the margin of the record break. This is presented at the Club
Championship presentation ceremony. |
| Honest Endeavour Cups |
Presented at the Club Championship presentation ceremony in recognition
of a boy and girl swimmer who, in the opinion of the Chief Coach,
have made special efforts during the previous year. Cups are presented
at Junior and Senior levels. A swimmer can only be presented with
this award once. |
| Sprint Awards |
Certificates
Certificates are presented to swimmers
who swim within published Bronze, Silver and Gold times for all
four strokes plus Individual Medley.
Medals for Platinum Times
For those who have achieved Gold times in one or more strokes, there
are published Platinum times (for boys and girls) to aim for in
the four main strokes. Medals are presented to Platinum time achievers.
8 Years and Under Cups
In addition, there are two special events specifically for the 8
years and under age group (age on day of swim). Cups are presented
to the fastest boy and girl in this category who swim 25 metres
in each of the front crawl and backstroke events, regardless of
whether times qualifying for a certificate are swum. |

ASA Badges awarded to swimmers who swim various distances unaided. |
| Competitive Start Award Certificates |
Awarded to swimmers who have achieved the ASA standard for safe
diving including shallow water diving. |
