Calling Notice for 2007 Annual General Meeting
Location: Progressive Hall, North Bradley, Trowbridge
Date/Time: Friday 2 Nov 2007, 7.45pm
The following list shows the members of the Administration Committee. In accordance with the TASC constitution, all the Posts must be nominated, seconded and balloted at the AGM. Nominations may be made for any of the posts in the following table.
Please send nominations in a sealed envelope addressed to the Secretary by 12th October, indicating nominee’s name, the proposer and the seconder. If, and only if, no nominations are received prior to the AGM for a particular Post, a call for volunteers and ballot will be undertaken on the evening.

Special Resolution – Minor Changes to Constitution
The committee proposes several minor changes to the Constitution, mostly as advised by Wiltshire Counties ASA. This resolution will be balloted at the AGM. The changes are shown in the document which can be downloaded here as highlighted or underlined text.
