AGM/Disco/Awards
CLARIFICATION OF DATES
For a variety of reasons, there has been a slight change to what was originally planned in the 2006 calendar, on the TASC website.
The main thing to point out is that there are now 2 separate non-swimming events before Christmas:
These are both described below.
2006 Christmas Disco and Presentation
The presentation of club championship awards will be held at Westwood Village Hall on 15th December, 7.30pm.
All members and parents are welcome to attend free of charge.
AGM Reminder
The official AGM calling notice has previously been posted, but please remember that the AGM will be held at Trowbridge Rugby Football Club on Friday 3rd November 2006 at 7.30pm.
To clarify, there will be no disco on this evening. Following the AGM meeting, there will be plenty of time to socialise in the Rugby club as people wish.
Training sessions at Bath and Trowbridge are still being held on 3rd November.
