One thing should be remembered about swimming -
It should be fun!

Whether you participate in the sport with the aim of becoming an Olympic Champion, or simply for fitness, recreation, or to enjoy the social aspects of the Club, its an activity you choose to do in your spare time and therefore it deserves to be enjoyed. It can also lead on to interests in other water based sports.

The majority of swimmers who join Trowbridge Swimming Club do so at an early age simply to learn how to swim. Having learnt to swim, many want to be successful and rise as far as their abilities will allow . There are a number of stages on the success ladder and progress through each requires patience and dedication. The teachers and coaches within the Club are there to help you through these stages.
